Alright, so i am a junior in substantial college, 5’8 and 170 lbs with a modest gut hanging out with gross guy boobs. Daily for the previous few months I have been heading to my college weight place every day for 45 minutes(a whole class time period) and daily soon after college I have been doing the “Shaun T Insanity workout routines”. So my whole time I devote functioning out is an hour and a fifty percent each and every weekday. I do not stick to the Insanity diet information with it although since I dont consume soda, eat alot of junk foods, smoke or something like that (other than cookies at lunch at school).
So, like the header states. Is this a very good routine to assist me lose fat? Or is their nearly anything else I could attempt carrying out to aid?

I thought I bought a book on how to lose belly fat. A big secret. Still a big secret. It was a few pages telling us what we already know. Never said how to lose any weight. Referred us to a web site that does not exist. Do not buy

|Whey protien has nothing to do with fat loss, that’s muscle gain. Also whey protien is absorbed into the body VERY quickly so if you don’t take it right before or after a work out (literally like a fewminutes within) then it’s not going to benifit you. Just like Soy protien isn’t good for building muscle as only 44% of it is absorbed into the body vs. 88% of a lot of other protiens.
The weight training is good. I don’t know what those other work out’s include but I reccomend doing plain cardio 30-60 minutes a day 3-4 days a week at least. I would try going for the eliptical or running. (running made weight dorp off me fairly quickly)
You also need to work on getting a proper diet, if you don’t do that you are wasting your time at the gym. Cut OUT the cookies at lunch, you don’t need them. Try cutting down to once a week, then after that once every two. That’s the rule I usually set for myself if I do well eating right for two weeks I can have a treat or two. After a while it won’t be hard to do it anymore.
You want your diet to be low fat and good carb. Replace white breads with WHOLE WHEAT (not whole grain), replace white rices with brown (you can cook it longer so it’s not grainy), and eat/drink non-fat or reduced fat dairy products and cut out a lot of sugar in your diet.
You don’ thave to stop eating what you like altogether, just make healthier substitutions. Eat serloin steak instead of chuck steak, eat lean hamburger instead of 80%. Simple swaps will help you not only lose weight but it will improve your health and you will feel better. I used to get migranes a lot, after bettering my diet I get one every 6 months if that. I don’t get sick hardly at all anymore and I have a better mood and energy. Changing your diet can help A LOT.
So I would change your diet and then you should be able to reach your goal.

Can I do burst training with kettlebells? I’m dying after 1 minute workout with my 32kg beast and my heart rate reaches maximum. I think it’s a good burst training, am I right?
So would I be able to lose a pound a day by doing this. Also if I can’t do this everyday can i do strength training everyday?
@PompaHealthSolutions I’m doing this burst training after my weights training every monday wednesdays and fridays. But i change it up to make it more fun, so sometimes i do burst training on the threadmill, sometimes on the stationary bike and sometimes on the rowing machine as well. Its really a hell of a workout !! Thanks so much, i really enjoy doing burst training.
I wanna know how will this affect my endurance though. As i have to maintain a high level of endurance for dragonboat racing =)
@dzalgeriano Yes and use some restive training as your burst. My wife also used MetaboRev to get lean as a support and ATP R3 for pre and post workouts.

@zekeg be sure to eat enough protien a good calculator is on CytoHealth (dot) com under tools. Cutting out all grains will manipulate your Leptin hormone and really lean you out.

@tisucitisin1 If you are kickboxing right after on those days it should be fine. Integrate in some resitive training in your bursting like I demonstrate in other videos. Also MetaboRev and ATP R3 by CytoHealth is a safe way to lean up
